Flip Screen Design
◆ The double-sided flip screen design provides a convenient approach to maintenance. Users only need to gently lift the screen of the advertising machine to visually access the interior for maintenance and upkeep, without the need to dismantle the entire body, saving time and cost for repairs. Silk Screen Printing on Glass Borders
◆ Normally we use 6/8mm toughened safety glass with screen printed border. For the standard size, we have steel molds for border, after being heated in a high-temperature furnace, the borders become more durable for outdoor.
Glass Clamp Design
◆ In extremely hot areas, when exposed to sunlight for a long time, the surface temperature of the glass will exceed 60 ℃. In this case, the performance of the glass adhesive will decrease due to the high temperature, resulting in insufficient bonding between the glass panel and the aluminum frame.
In the case, if maintenance staff open the door for maintenance, improper operation may cause the glass to fall off and injury to people around it. The advantage of using glass clamps is that they securely hold the glass panels, not dependent on adhesives. Such a user-friendly design ensures the durability and stability of the LED totem, which can better protect personnel safety.
Protective Design
◆ Front air duct: When the sun shines is directly on the LED screen in summer, lots of heat will accumulate on the surface of the LED screen. The air duct system located under the screen can quickly remove the heat from the screen surface. The meticulously engineered cooling technology achieves to reduce the temperature of the LED screen quickly, maintain its normal working condition, and prevent performance degradation or failure.
◆ Air circulation cooling: The internal cooling fans is located under the electrical box of the LED display. Combining with the fans on the left and right sides ,we get the air circulation system in the LED totem. Utilizing the principle of hot air rising, CNLC's air circulation system can efficiently discharge the heat inside the LED totem, helping to protect internal components from overheating damage while also enhancing the stability and reliability of the equipment.
Dust-proof Mesh Design
◆ The filter mesh can effectively block dust, debris, and other external particles from entering the interior of the product, reducing the risk of contamination or damage to internal components.
◆ What's more,it's easy to put out the air filter for cleaning or replacement. Just need to loosen the fixing screws by hand ,no need any other tools.
